About IDM Youth Services Inc.
IDM Youth Services Inc. has been providing therapeutic, all-inclusive, residential, group living facilities for youth in the care of the Ministry of Children and Family Development in Victoria, British Columbia since 2010. From its small beginnings to its current state, IDM has always been dedicated to providing superior care to the youth we serve.
Accreditations
In accordance with our purpose to provide the youth we serve with the best possible care, IDM Youth Services has taken the extra steps to earn their three-year CARF Canada accreditation, first awarded in 2017. This accreditation is the highest standard that a group home company can achieve. In addition to this rigorous accreditation, IDM Youth Services Inc. is a member of the Federation of Community Social Services of BC.
Our Funders
IDM Youth Services Inc. is part of an integrated network that works to serve vulnerable youth to the highest standard. We work with a variety of funders to allow us to serve the youth in our care, including the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), Surrounded by Cedar – Child & Family Services, Island Health, and Community Living British Columbia (CLBC). These funders let us care for the youth we serve in the personalized ways they need.
