Residential youth care is a difficult but rewarding profession. To be successful, applicants need to be patient, caring, and confident. Self-care is a critical skill for everyone working in the child and youth care field.

A safe and stable home.

IDM Youth Services Inc. (IDMYS) in Victoria, BC strives to provide safe and stable homes for at-risk youth while offering all-inclusive care. We were established in 2010 with the opening of one residential location and three persons served, and today, we operate thirteen residential locations, house upwards of twenty at-risk youth, and have a diverse team of individuals employed.
